    I changed jobs in december and I just received an email from a co-worker from my previous job. They received an offer of employment in another company and was asking for negotiation advice.
    What made me smile is the realisation in how far we've come. This co-worker and I did not get along initially when we first worked together and now we are quite friendly and on such even terms that we share negotiation tips.

    I came face to face with an armadillo digging in my flowerbed, he waddled under my deck.
    Truely do look like little dinosaurs.
    Now I gotta figure out how to get rid of it.
