An hour into a super intense chest and shoulder workout, when I figured we would be wrapping up my daughter said "you know we're both going to be useless tomorrow anyway, lets add heavy shrugs and a few sets of abs". We totalled out at 80 minutes.
I'm pretty much destroyed and she is sound asleep on my couch.1 -

My mom's neurology results came back positive and her brain is healing quickly after a serious injury. Just goes to show that a tough-*kitten* 72-year-old Midwestern woman won't let something like a severe subdural hematoma and multiple contusions control her life.
