    Someone I haven't seen in a long time didn't recognize me because of how much weight I have lost. I have gained about 20 pounds back and I have felt kind of down about it. But then seeing her reaction, it made me realize I have still come a long way.

    This time last year I was horribly sick and I wasn't able to eat and I thought I might be dying. The past few days I've been thinking about how grateful I am to have my health and my life. ❤
