    They've all sorts of memberships you can get that are like introductory ones. IF you join any section you get the gym as an added bonus. A neighbourhood friend joined the curling section with a special test membership and is loving club life. It's so easy of you have a family

    Refeed day! Carbing up like a fiend after a month of avoiding them. Awesome pump in the gym this afternoon!

    Uncomfortably bloated but otherwise on cloud 9. More pizza 🍕🍕🍕 to be devoured this evening then back to living the carnivore lifestyle. 💪
