    Hooning around like a teenage delinquent in my summer car (which is still on her winter tires 'cause... Ottawa) to give her an "Italian tune up" in the hope that winter is finally winding down. Kept the revs way up and never shifted above 4th even at "go directly to jail" speeds on the highway.
    So... I didn't actually exercise today but I sure as hell got my heart rate up! 😁

    Well sadly not much made me smile today, but the fact that someone at my job that I have a crush on was thoughtful by asking me how I was... usually they're very quiet and hardly even knows I exist. So yeah, I guess you can say that places a slight warmth to my heart.
