    Met a cherished friend for lunch at Sherkaan, my fave Indian restaurant, after finally being released from the past two weeks hospitalized with a lung infection/pneumonia.

    He sent 1, playing the mandolin and singing.
    He sent 1, playing the guitar.
    Today he sent 1 playing the ukulele and whistling.

    He is so cool, I’m proud of who he is.
    (He’s 41yrs old btw, I know the way I talk about him one would think he’s younger, lol.)

    My job offers early morning yoga 2x/week - chair yoga on Tuesdays & floor yoga on Fridays. I rejoined the group for the first time in a little over a year this morning (7:15am to 8:am) and it felt really good! Making small changes, day by day :smile:

    I had to go pick up a prescription, the LAB is just upstairs from the pharmacy.
    My Dr has been trying to get me to take a blood test for over a year.
    Today as I was leaving the pharmacy I turned and ran up the stairs and gave them my blood.
    I honestly don’t know why I procrastinated so long.
    Feels good to have it marked off the list of things I haven’t done yet.

    I organized a post- holiday gathering with some friends tonight after work, In our beautiful staff lounge, and it's being catered by my favorite vegan restaurant! After dinner we're going to play board games & card games - they're such a fun group!

    “No offense, but when the dealership calls to tell you whats wrong, play the dumb blonde.
    The person who speaks first loses.”
    He kept repeating that and saying,
    “I’m being sarcastic but it’s true”
    Then he told me that the dealership might be held responsible because…….”
    He was so nice.
