Whey protien

I was wondering if I'm trying to maintain my weight, but not hitting my protien macros, if the whey shakes are a good option, just looking for some advice before I change anything... Thanks!

Sure. Just make sure it is whey protein isolate, not concentrate. Concentrate is garbage and your body won't absorb enough of it.0
