Whey protien

I was wondering if I'm trying to maintain my weight, but not hitting my protien macros, if the whey shakes are a good option, just looking for some advice before I change anything... Thanks!

    Sure. Just make sure it is whey protein isolate, not concentrate. Concentrate is garbage and your body won't absorb enough of it.

    OP - Whey protein is fine to supplement your daily intake, just make sure it's from a reputable source where the actual protein content is confirmed. Check out LabDoor.com.
