My calories are set at 1450. I'm very active, usually exercising multiple hours a day, so I do tend to go over that in terms of straight food calories. However, in terms of net calories, I am usually under 1200.0 -

Training for a half marathon length obstacle course.
5 days of running (5km-12km so far. My long run this week will be 14km)
2-3 days of weight training (Stronglifts 5x5). I try for 3 days a week but sometimes things come up and I only get 2 days in.0
