Hi there, if possible I would like to join, I have been putting on weight now over the past two years, in this time I have lost my figure, can't fit in clothes, confidence and most importantly energy. I hate exercise but I'm going to force myself and I love food and wine so I will find this difficult. So being part of a supportive community will really help.0
