125lbs for somebody of 5ft 9 is underweight.
You are at a healthy weight range so a couple of pounds is maybe ok. But 125 is to low.
but eat less than you burn and you lose weight, It will be very slow because you are already at a healthy weight range.0 -
Wow, sounds like you're at an ideal weight already. Have you thought about a recomp?0

125 is NOT underweight for 5'9. It is still considered a normal weight.0 -

Buttercup, at 125 lbs your BMI would be 18.4. A normal BMI is 18-24.9. So you would not be underweight. Most folks on here are heavier than you so you may not get a whole lot of empathy because we can't relate. Go for your goals and talk with your doctor about your best health.0
-
Did you just post on another thread that 1000 calories is your high daily intake with it more like 6-800? You don't need to be asking how to lose more weight until you address this, you are dangerously undereating.0

I thought healthy BMI was between 18.5-24.9, which would make her goal weight be in the "underweight" range.
To the OP, I really suggest working on recomping to see if that will give you the results you want while roughly maintaining your weight.0 -

You said in another thread that you lost 45lbs in 3 months eating 6-800 calories a day. That is in no way healthy0 -
Not everyone can get in a size 1 or size 0 (especially at your height), it depends on your bone structure.
And I agree with everyone that suggested body recomp.0 -
You look very slender and you're not eating enough. Look at the recomp thread linked above and eat a lot more although in all honesty I think you're seeing something that isn't really there.0

Okay. It is healthy because eating three meals day and getting fruit in vegetable in . I get three meals with low calories foods0
-
No, it's not healthy. Your body needs a minimum amount of calories just to carry out normal bodily functions, like keeping your heart beating, your gut digesting, your brain thinking. You need to eat more because of science, not because you think what you're eating is healthy. Your body has minimum needs.0

I know body need 1000 to 1200 intake0

I was able to go from 115 to 108lbs eating 1200-1300 cal. Let me tell you how thin I looked...oh wait, I looked pretty much the same because I didn't lift and lost muscle.
Not saying it will happen to you, but that's what happened to me. If you must lose weight, make sure you lift and get your protein in.0 -
When I boost metabolism weight came off. I can't slow metabolism down I get enough food still lose weight0
-
Have never had muscle it wouldnt build up.0

OP you need to stop trying to justify that you know nutrition. When the last physical you had?

If it's a leaner look you're after, I second recomp.
If it's a certain clothing size you're after, I recommend switching to women's (even numbers) instead of junior's (odd numbers). Junior's have much less defined bust/waist/hip ratios.
If it's an arbitrary number you're looking for on the scale, please step back and re-evaluate your goals or maybe even talk to a therapist.0
