    Thanks :-) I do mainly cardio about 5 days a week and try to do some strength training 2 times a week, at least. I'm not as good with strength so I'm getting a couple of sessions with a trainer to show me what I need to do to accomplish the rest of my goals!

    Thank you!! I do...I feel way better waking up each morning knowing I've done something really good for myself and that I continue to. And it doesn't hurt that I like getting dressed and fixing myself up now :-)

    Wow, you look phenomenal! I have lost 60lbs since giving birth to my son 16 months ago and I can't imagine how I carried all that weight around. A little bit of determination is all we need to get through the rough patches.
