cheesy hamburger helper... i know i know.. I actually love it. Its like comfort food from my childhood. Its soo cheesy and salty and those two things are my favorite. mmmm sodium. I will be quite bloated tomorrow. worth it.
Gross story alert! When i was 8, i had a stomach virus and ended up vomiting hamburger helper into the sink before school since it was what we had for dinner the night before. I am now 35 and have yet to touch the stuff....yet i eat Velveeta macaroni, lol.
Thread derail here, i suppose.
Anyway, i have two huge spaghetti squash that i just picked, and I'm trying to figure out what to do with them besides cook and eat with butter and salt....i hate red sauce, never really figured anything else out.0 -
I ended up having an Amy's Tamale Verde with a spinach side salad instead. Say what you want about frozen meals, but it was yummy.

I like those Amy's meals. The tamale pie is only 170 calories.
I ended up having two Quest bars, two cups of coffee, various pasta salads, hummus, cheese, a bite of homemade pizza, a bite of some fried rice ball, thin mint cookies, a ginger cookie, potato salad with bacon, some savory pastry, three glasses of wine, one whiskey drink, and a whole pint of rum raisin ice cream.0 -

I started out great with a healthy brown rice/veggie/steak bowl, a snack of grapes, then (stress happened) and I ended by eating part of a pretzel, a reuben, a glass of wine, a Pringles snack pack, 4 slices of hard salami, and a glass of milk. Because emotions.
I was dreading tracking it but it actually came in at just under 2,000cal, which is a testament to tracking making smaller portion sizes a habit at least.0 -

Will have
Lamb Tikka Starter (off the bone spicy Lamb BBQ'd) w/Poppadums (flat crisp breads), Chicken Jalfrezi (spicy chicken curry), Boiled Rice, Aloo Gobi (potato & cauliflower spicy dish) and a few glasses of Prosecco.
Can't wait!
@angelexperiment That was last week,.....yes it was delicious!
If you've never had Indian Food before, i highly recommend you try it.0 -
Later in the night I toasted a Sami's onion bagel with some red palm oil on it, then spread butter in it when I was hot out of the toaster, and then topped it with applegate honey ham and cheddar cheese. So good.0
