Recent convert to intermittent fasting, it's not a diet, it's a lifestyle, check out Greg at www.kinobody.com and all of his youtube stuff. Seems to be working, it may not be for everybody, but doesn't hurt to look into it. Coupled with a consistent training regimen and appropriate food, you'll shed your fat in no time.
