The poisonous toxins, of course! The cleanse's formula creates a granulation that helps abrade the digestive track for those deep-set toxins while suspended toxic substances in the digestive system stick to other formula components. Your system is totally flushed. The results are pretty sweet!
Pictures or it didn't happen!

There are two things MFP coders need to work on. A better search engine and auto-deleting detox threads.0

Ok maybe I should have worded my question better. I was just trying to find out what foods to avoid and what to eat to start a more healthier lifestyle. Usually the first week is bit more drastic. Lol this feed has been quite humorous.0

Only thing I have to offer and that is 1. make sure your close to a bathroom 2. have plenty of toilet paper, the soft kind 3. maybe need to get some type of ointment your butt will be hurting for awhile afterwards.
Good luck OP.0 -

Cheers. Start as you mean to continue. Starting off brutally is just setting yourself up to fail too easily.
Create habits that you can live with for the rest of your life. Don't demonise foods or you'll end up craving or bingeing. Eat everything in moderation.
If you're trying to lose weight, use MFP and read these:

To lose weight, eat less, and in moderation.
Good luck!0 -

Eat whatever you want and stick to your calorie goal. There are no healthy or unhealthy foods.0 -

Just eat what you normally do, only in moderation, a deficit. Eat what you like, but make sure you remember that protein and fats keep you sated longer.0
