And what "toxins" would that be? And how do you know they aren't there any more?

The poisonous toxins, of course! The cleanse's formula creates a granulation that helps abrade the digestive track for those deep-set toxins while suspended toxic substances in the digestive system stick to other formula components. Your system is totally flushed. The results are pretty sweet!

    Pictures or it didn't happen!

    HHAHAHAHAHAAA *wheeze* HAHAHAHAHAA

It's exhilarating seeing all those toxins being scrubbed out, right!?!

There are two things MFP coders need to work on. A better search engine and auto-deleting detox threads.

Really bad idea!! Your body naturally cleanses itself. Don't waste your money.

Ok maybe I should have worded my question better. I was just trying to find out what foods to avoid and what to eat to start a more healthier lifestyle. Usually the first week is bit more drastic. Lol this feed has been quite humorous.

Bless you for not taking all the comments seriously. People here dive into "cleanse" threads like bees to honey.

Cheers. Start as you mean to continue. Starting off brutally is just setting yourself up to fail too easily.

Create habits that you can live with for the rest of your life. Don't demonise foods or you'll end up craving or bingeing. Eat everything in moderation.

If you're trying to lose weight, use MFP and read these:

    http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10012907/logging-accuracy-consistency-and-youre-probably-eating-more-than-you-think/p1

    http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1296011/calorie-counting-101/p1

To lose weight, eat less, and in moderation.

    Good luck!

Eat whatever you want and stick to your calorie goal. There are no healthy or unhealthy foods.

Just eat what you normally do, only in moderation, a deficit. Eat what you like, but make sure you remember that protein and fats keep you sated longer.
