has anyone tried the military diet?

I saw this youtuber did this military diet and it seems pretty interesting. I need a kick in the butt this seems great. Has anyone of you tried it?

If you use the search function for miltary diet, then you will see its a topic thats raised almost every week and the same answers will apply. Past answers are a great source of information.

Omg!! I know why I couldn't find anything for whatever reason when i typed mil my phone gave me millitary and then i actually looked at the word lol so yeah now that i spelled it right i found some thanks everyone sorry

If you mean the food is so bad, you'd rather face armed angry people, then yeah, I tried it. I was the strongest I'd ever been; lean, slightly muscular and I could march 25kms in full battle gear and a 25km backpack. To be fair though, I think the daily physical routine at our posting in arid land had a lot to do with it.
