Hi , I wish to know do u complete daily recommended calorie or u eat less

No I eat less than 2000-calories but never less than 1400. I never miss a meal, I snack late evening on cereal and fruit during the day.
In theory to lose 42 lb in 11 weeks you would have to maintain a calorie deficit of about 1900 cal/day. (42 lb) x (3500cal/lb)/(11 weeks)/(7days/week). If you eat 2000 cal/day and exercise 5000 cal/day, that would suggest a calorie deficit of 3000/day. That hardly seems sustainable. Is it possible your exercise calories are overestimated?

I have not eaten more than 2000 cals in any day but aim at 1500 or less

Men should not eat less than 1500... and you said you're 6'2, so you could (and probably should) be eating a lot more. If you're only eating that much, but burning as much as you say you do (5000?) then you could be setting yourself up for health problems.
    Well done, anyway :)

Great work on the weight loss! Your calorie burn looks highly optimistic. Studies show that walking burns about (.3 calories)(body weight in pounds)/mile. At your weight (250lb), that works out to about 800 calories. Maybe a bit more if your doing a lot of climbing. Still, whatever you're doing seems to be working. Great job!

My deficit on calories is always 2000 or more, I am 6'3", I have checked with my doctor and he is very happy with my progress, I expect the progress to slow up hence why I have set 7-lbs drops as my next target. I intend to visit my doctor monthly as my aim is to get off my high blood pressure and Cholesterol medication, so please don't worry.

I tend to treat myself to a glass of wine and a bowl of cereal late evening if I hit the 5000 cals, I had a polar flow before and the calories burn monitoring of the surge matches, I am getting 10 cals a min on my walks, the intensity is extreme a)due the speed we walk, b) the terrain c)the number of very steep hills, as I said earlier the walk today incorporated 148 floors and this is a normal day.

Whether is right or wrong I am achieving results and its results I want, I guess there will always be doubters but my waistline doesn't lie and I am liking the new me and I am only half way through my journey. My wife has lost 3 stones, my eldest daugher has also lost nearly three stone, we walk together, we motivate each other, we push each other, we help each other stick to our calories, I guess were a team and teamwork is working.

Also fitbit Aria scales do the weight measuring and you will note I have lost more weight.
