Starting off slow eating healthy making better choices. Trying to lose 45lbs but half of it by the time my wedding anniversary in November.

I'm in the slow and steady pace too! I want to lose the next 30lbs by Christmas while still enjoying some unhealthy, yummy food within my calorie range.0

Slow and steady is the way to go, because that's the way to sustain weight loss instead of yo-yoing. I'm also going for slow and steady! However, I'm more interested in visual results VS what the scale says0

I want to see the visual also. I hear its more of your clothing helping your realize your body changing.
