    I realize that I am becoming "that boss" because I'm starting to get really tired of hearing people's *kitten* excuses for why they need to be late / work from home / take a day off. I don't mind when it's now and then, but when it's every day...come on now.

    Ha, that's a distinct possibility. I did take yesterday off for that, but at least I didn't come up with a bull-*kitten* excuse for it, lol. I put it on my calendar and everything.
