I just recently started this. I think this is day 5 for me. Having a food journal has really opened my eyes. It seems that I am not eating enough. I burned everything off that I ate today when I worked out. Even this website warned me to eat more or I could have consequences medically. I already have high blood pressure and high cholesterol. How can I eat more food to reach my caloric intake. The site has me at 1800 calories a day. Can anyone help me?

But also ensure your calories eaten and burned are accurate. Most likely you're eating more and burning less than you think. You already burn enough calories just by living and going about your day, so exercising them all off can be dangerous.0
