What are good fat burning exercises?

Try a bike
I do HIIT on occasion. I also just ride hard for 30-40 miles quite often.
2 hours of hard cardio burns it off . I don't use map my run calorie counts as they are too high IMO.
I just count 50 per mile over 16.5 mph.
So a good hard 30 mile ride is ballpark 1500 calories for a man my size.
I got 65 miles in this weekend. That was a bunch of calories. It keeps the fat loss moving forward.0
