5:2 diet?

Just wondering if anyone has tried this diet. I started last Monday so 11 days ago and I have lost 5lb. Just wondering if any of you have tried it and if so how many calories did you eat on non fast days? It says you can eat up to 2000 but I'm jubius of that and have been eating between 1200 and 1500. Any advice will be helpful.

On your non-fast days you should be eating around your TDEE.0 -
