    Day 4: 1 hour body pump.

    Total for August so far: 5.5 hours

    Day 6: 1 hour body pump & 1 hour body combat. Upped my weights too - 1st time getting all the way through squat track with 25kg on bar, chest and triceps tracks with 12.5kg, back track with 25kg, shoulders with 12.5kg and biceps with 10!
    Definitely getting fitter and stronger.

    Total for August so far: 7.5hrs

    Day 9: 1 hour spinning plus 1 hour circuits.
    Total for August so far: 9.5hours.

    Day 10: unfortunately life took over and had to cancel spin class
    Day 11: 1 hour circuits in a pool of sweat - way too hot in the gym today!

    My goal ... to move more than I did in July

    Aug 1 - chilly (9C) and windy (30 km/h gusting to 57 km/h) with a "feels like" temp of about 5C and a little blast of sleet just to keep things interesting.

    And we cycled 38.5 km up the cycleway and back on our Thorn touring bicycles. (120 min)

    Aug 2 - 2 km walk (25 min) + 45 minutes swimming ... first time I've been swimming in a long time!

    Aug 5 - 5 km walk (60 min)

    Aug Other: Swimming = a whopping 600 metres in 45 min ... yes, I am the speed of lightening when I swim. Not.

    8/2 - Iron Girl Sprint Tri: official splits: 728Y swim in 14:01, T1 3:08, 18mi bike in 56:51, T2 1:46, 3.1mi run in 29:47- official time 1:45:30
    8/3 - Lofty Ladies ride! 22.51 miles in 1:11:51
    8/4 - track workout: 4.12 miles in 45:54
    8/5 - 27.15 mi bike in 1:33:58
    8/6 - 6.21 mi run in 1:03:11
    8/7 - yoga class 52:58
    8/8 - easy 15k (9.31mi) run with rolling hills 1:40:15
    8/9 - 45.01 mile bike (the 40 mi eagle ride course plus a little extra) in 3:26:37 (lots of stops to check the map and make sure we were going the right way, since neither of us had even driven out that way before)
    8/10 - Lofty Ladies ride! 22.4 miles in 1:24:48 (we only had one group due to the threat of rain/actual rain, so we had LOTS of stopping for the slower folks to catch up)
    8/11 - track workout: 4.16 miles in 46:39

    Forgot to mention that on Aug. 12 I passed the 15000-mile mark (since Sept. 1, 2012) in my Virtual Ride Around the Equator (or as close as I can get to it). This places me at the longitude of Rodrigues Island (dependency of Mauritius).

    8/1 - pre-race brick: 5.77 mi bike in 23:08 and 1.06 mi run in 10:19 - total 33:27
    8/2 - Iron Girl Sprint Tri: official splits: 728Y swim in 14:01, T1 3:08, 18mi bike in 56:51, T2 1:46, 3.1mi run in 29:47- official time 1:45:30
    8/3 - Lofty Ladies ride! 22.51 miles in 1:11:51
    8/4 - track workout: 4.12 miles in 45:54
    8/5 - 27.15 mi bike in 1:33:58
    8/6 - 6.21 mi run in 1:03:11

    8/8 - easy 15k (9.31mi) run with rolling hills 1:40:15

    8/17 - Brick: easy 1.5 mi run in 15:39 before LL, then Lofty Ladies recovery ride of 19.41 miles in 1:22:36 - total 1:38:15

    8/20 - 25.71 mile bike in 1:32:26

    Let's get started - 45mins body pump plus 45mins body combat. 20 mins walking not counted as super slow!
    90 mins exercise for day 1.

    Day 2: 1 hour circuit training
    Total so far, 2.5hours.

    Day 3: 45 mins spinning + 15 mins run/walk
    Day 4: 1 hour body pump.

    Day 6: 1 hour body pump & 1 hour body combat. Upped my weights too - 1st time getting all the way through squat track with 25kg on bar, chest and triceps tracks with 12.5kg, back track with 25kg, shoulders with 12.5kg and biceps with 10!
    Definitely getting fitter and stronger.

    Day 10: unfortunately life took over and had to cancel spin class
    Day 11: 1 hour circuits in a pool of sweat - way too hot in the gym today!

    Day 12: very active day, running around after group of kids but no actual gym session!
    Day 13: being really rubbish this week and had to cancel gym again due to work commitments.
