    oo. i have a masterbuilt...its electric but oh so good! have a brisket in the freezer that will go on one of these weekends!

    I confess, I wish I could share with everyone! I have a Masterbuilt smoker, so yeah, it's a little like cheating. Still takes time though, and oh so good.

    I confess to thinking that slow smoked pulled pork is good any time of the day or not, especially at 3 am.
