haha seriously, I have no idea how anyone can think otherwise. I've tried them in a veggie burger and pickled in a jar. Never again. Worst thing EVER.

Clearly you have not had them prepared correctly..in a good beet salad, they are utterly scrumptiously delicioush! Aly knows what I'm talkin about

I have only ever had canned beets so I may have a distorted vision of how good beets are.
Fresh beets that you have grown yourself then cooked right away are one of the best things ever!
