I usually 1. mod 2. fun forum, and then around noon remember "oh yeah, I am supposed to log my food" 3. actually use the app for its intended use4

IC: when eat a PB&j sandwich, I like to put plain potato chips in the middle. I don't do this with any other type of sandwich. Just PB&j.

IC, I spent a lot of years in my life trying to pack my schedule with so many different thing, thinking that would give me a feeling of worth. Or more that it was where I looked for my worth. The more I could do and accomplish, the better I was as a person. At a point now, I really only am interested in doing things that are actually worth something. I like teaching, I like helping people achieve things, and I get the most satisfaction in my life from seeing others succeed.4
