Thanks good news Kristin ! I'm happy you've figured out how this works and are learning now !! Congrats !!
Every single day people start threads and blame birth control, thyroid issues, basically anything and everything without ever stopping and trying to listen to the advice given.I'm glad you decided to listen ! Just remember always, it comes down to calories in vs calories out. Don't forget that and you'll be fine !!

You don't owe me an apology!

So, you're eating 1200 calories, doing cardio 5 days a week and weight lifting. That's great! If you find yourself feeling weak, tired or if you get dizzy, eat more! You break no laws if you eat 1200 and net less, but you have to eat enough to remain strong and healthy.

Did you go to the doctor and what did he say?

Oh why do you have to be negative. sheesh

    kristin is learning!!!!

    And she tries really hard!

Good job Kristin! Keep going you will learn more and more. Its not that we all here just did it. We learned too. And the biggest learning curve is to discover how YOUR body reacts.

Exactly ! It drives me nuts when people try to pick apart every little aspect of threads that are not even asking for help. This girl is learning still, admitted she tried to make excuses ( like most of us did at first, I know I did !!) And now she's learning all about what works and what doesn't ! But still people try to be critical.

Yes, I too was a victim unable to take ownership of my condition.

It feels good today to be self empowered. Welcome to our club!

I also spent a lot of time whining and coming up with excuses, so I can relate. Sounds like you took some really good advice and it's paying off. Great job!!

Excuses are nothing but excuses. Calories in Calories OUT. Thats the key.

    Yay, Kristin!!!

Much respect to you for quitting making excuses AND for making an apology. I agree - very classy.

Big congratulations on your weight loss!

Isn't it wonderful how science (CICO) works?!
