Could any suggest some strength training exercises I could do with my dumbells?

Triceps press, figure 8 for shoulders, lunges across room, trunk rotations, bicep curls, 6 Inc leg lifts for abdominal, side planks holding bell extended above you, p90x t and y motions. Hold on chest during crunches....need more let me know.

I did stage 1 of New Rules of Lifting for Women at home using dumbells and a resistance band for the lat pull.0

I'm pretty sure you can do a large part of strong curves at home with dumbells as well.
There was another dumbell post with recomendations yesterday. I'll see if I can find it.
