New here, having trouble fighting binges always around dinner time... Once I eat dinner the madness starts

    Are you meeting your protein and fiber goals?

    Are you drinking enough water?

    Those are 2 things that help you with the satiated feeling.

    Same problem kinda usually around 9:00 pm and on I get the munchies and feel like I need something and I'm trying not to eat after 8:00

    I'm not sure about protein goals just started this app still figuring it all out, but I do have a fiber one bar once a day and drink water throughout the day

    It's really hard for me. I just moved back with my mom and she cooks kinda fattening foods and I'm always tempted and or feel bad if I don't eat a lot or wasn't something healer l healthier
