    He was my neighbor and I kept having these weird dreams that he had people locked in cages all over his house who he was training to act like dogs. One day I heard a scuffle coming from his home which sounded like dogs growling and barking, concerned that he may be in danger I rushed over to find that his victims had escaped and like a pack of wild animals had attacked him while he was distracted watching Dr. Phil. I feared he might be in grave condition but after finding that he was only suffering from superficial bites and scratches it was then that I noticed the horrible conditions in his home and had to arrest his creepy arsse!
