It was 168, but I'm now at 166 and feel I'd like to lose a bit more - maybe 150ish (am 5'9" so whilst that sounds heavy for a lady, it's healthy)0

My target was initially 210 down from 278 lbs.
Once I hit this, I decided to get to 199...and then I changed that to 180 which is peak fitness for me.
I never thought I'd ever weigh 180 again.0 -
