My target was initially 210 down from 278 lbs.
Once I hit this, I decided to get to 199...and then I changed that to 180 which is peak fitness for me.
I never thought I'd ever weigh 180 again.0 -

Starting 179 with goal of 148, have lost approx 10lbs in a month (numbers bouncing up and down constantly). Just got back from a few days away with the kids camping and I've gained. So hard to lose but so easy to gain0
