    curious if anyone ever counted the calories along with using the container size and what an average day looked like for you.

    1 1/4 Cup Green—Vegetables
    1 1/4 Cup Purple—Fruit
    ¾ Cup Red—Protein
    ½ Cup Yellow—Carbohydrates
    1/3 Cup Blue—Healthy Fats and Cheese
    2 Tbls Orange—Seeds and Oils

    1200-1499 calories gets 3 green, 2 purple, 4 red, 2 yellow....like that. So it basically fits in a range. The recipes I've seen use 1/2 container of this.....1/2 container of that.

    You use a calculator to pick your calorie range. Tons of stuff on Pinterest.

    This is essentially a rip-off of the old Weight Watchers exchange system. Exchanges were way too easy to copy (without paying for meetings)....so they went to points.
