Advice on current routine

so I was shopping for clothes and I realized I have become very small. Fitting into zeros and extra small. I'm only 5 ' 4" so I'm not like super underweight btw but I think I am skinny fat meaning my number weight is low but my body fat percentage is still pretty high. Especial in my gluteus. If I start heavy lifting will this help with this while maintaining my weight? My current routine is 30 mins body weight strength training and 30 mins cardio 5 days a week. Should I do less cardio now? I thought body weight would do the job and I like it but I don't think it's helping me build much muscle unless I do it longer or can I combine body weight and heavy lifting in same same, alternate days, or every other week? Any advice would be great

You can find an answer to pretty much all your questions here

Also, bodyweight totally is lifting heavy as long as it is progressive overload, so a good program like convict conditioning or be your own gym is necessary. However, I've heared people say that they progressed faster when focusing on lifting metal rather than bodyweight.0
