A properly made "Philadelphia Roll" Lox, cream cheese and cucumber. I will not touch it if thy use avocado instead of cucumber. However, green onion is an acceptable cucumber substitute.

I just started exploring the world of sushi last year. I was pretty unsure about the idea of raw fish bot trusted my freinds enough to try what they ordered. Turned out I LOVE sushi! Hands down favorite for me is Yellow Tail. The first piece of that that I tried about made me cry. I have never experienced food in quite such an exquisite way before that.

I also used to really dislike salmon until I tried Salmon as sushi. Turns out I just don't like my salmon cooked. :)

I also really like rolls that have eel in them and the fish eggs that some come with. I am not a big fan of the california roll but just had a Pennsylvania roll last week that was really delicious.

I wonder why a Philadelphia Roll isn't shaved steak and Cheez-Whiz.
