Has anyone tried this? I was going to try the 16/8. Any input is appreciated.

My body naturally does this, usually. I find when I labeled it and consciously tried to do it, it didn't work for me (lasted a week). It still all comes down to CICO.

Very effective and convenient for a lot of folks. Especially when combined with fasted exercise for weight loss.
