I need a diet plan can anyone help me have just started to day I have had 2 chicken breast and 4 eggs for dinner and lunch

Eat whatever you like to eat but try to make it fit into your calorie goal for the day.0

Eat a variety of foods that you like in quantities that allow you to maintain a deficit
