I need a diet plan can anyone help me have just started to day I have had 2 chicken breast and 4 eggs for dinner and lunch

    Woah woah, slow down, that's way too many eggs and meat for one day! Read the "Must-read" posts in the "Getting started" section and you'll figure it all out :)

    Eat whatever you like to eat but try to make it fit into your calorie goal for the day.

    Eat a variety of foods that you like in quantities that allow you to maintain a deficit
    Unless you want to make it complicated.
