Questions about Intermittent Fasting...

I've been looking into this and would like to try it out possibly. Curious if anyone has tried it and were you successful at?

    I've just started it as it looks in line with the way I naturally eat during the day anyway. I'm basically following 16:8.

    There's a couple of groups dedicated for it if you search.

    I'm doing 5:2....or something like it. My (2) 500 calorie days are more like 700 calorie days. The loss is a little slower...but consistency is the key.

    Yep I start the day with bullletproof coffee, have another anytime between midday and 2pm and I dont get Hungry till about 7pm when I have a meat of some sort with cauli cheese or cheese sauce
    The high fat keeps mybody in ketosis and means I can easily fast 24hrs without making myself do it. If I get Hungry I eat buy tends to be a snack at most
    Really feel the benefits in energy alertness and skin/hair quality
