    I just buy those cartons of 100% egg whites and stir it with a fork.

    Oh, and if anyone is interested, I made it yesterday and instead of sugar free maple syrup + whipped cream I used sugar free raspberry preserves + whipped cream and it was pretty darn yummy. I might try blackberry preserves tonight with it, if I do I'll report back. I've also done it with strawberry and it was yummy.

    Can confirm, sugar free blackberry preserves + sugar free cool whip was yummy.

    I have a mango at my house that I should use, I might try to use it in this recipe somehow. Coconut + mango would be good.

    I just cook it in a microwave safe mixing bowl. Then I take a fork and flip it over.
