Doing well so far. We eat dinner a little earlier than I go for my walk. When I Come back I feel too good to eat!0

And yes, timing of calorie intake does make some difference.

But most important is just staying at or slightly under your calorie goal.
If you have trouble with mindless snacking in the evening, and posting publicly to a bunch of strangers that you
won't do that any more will make you not mindlessly snack any more, then by all means keep on.0 -

I can't believe the negative posts on here. Most of us are rational thinking adults who choose to use this challenge as a tool. If you don't believe in it, don't do it. And thanks Connie for your suggestion and work on this challenge.0

This is a real problem for me as well!
I like to stay up till 11 or 12 most nights because it is the only time of day that I get any quiet time.
Late night snacking is a problem.
I have had it under control before and know I can do it again with support.
