    I only am up to 3miles but I feel much better on an empty stomach

    If I'm running before 8am then I don't eat anything before I run. However, if I'm racing and it starts later then I try to eat something light like porridge or cereal or fruit at least 90 minutes before I run. I drink loads of water before running. At least two litres.

    Egg white on ww toast. With cup of coffee. I do 8 miles 4 days a week. I feel like you have to feed the machine for a good workout. Iusually 2 bottles of water during the run. A protein bar after.

    I promise I am not hating - just in awe. But are you training for something like a half marathon, or is this just what you do for fun?
