    Successes/struggles this week: I lost suddenly and gained suddenly and I don't know what happened. Super not cool... Now I'm struggling to lose. I guess on the bright side, there's only 1 kg to go for this month. And I think I've gotten back into working out properly, so hopefully, that won't be too much of a problem.

    Successes/struggles this week: Not very happy that I've just lost 1lb but I'm still taking it as a success. Glad I'm still losing weight rather than putting it on. Think this week I'll be putting more exercise in and drinking more water. My food intake is still healthy so no need to change that. New goal of 129lbs instead of 127lbs for end of the month.

    I knew I was going to have a gain this week, however I'm happy that it was only 1lb! A weekend away with my boyfriend that involved so much food (Turkish restaurants, a steak house, pub meals...) and more beer than I like to consider, it could have been much, much worse! Back to the healthy eating as of yesterday :)

    Successes this week: I am still in a really good space. Since starting, I had my first "mini" family crisis. I didn't turn to food. Also, I am noticing my body changing: bust is bigger then stomach, clothes looser, exercise getting easier, confidence going up. Feeling better overall! <3

    Well, I'm back on track for my goal. The weather has been great but I've been too lazy to take advantage of it! I need to get back in my exercise routine.

    Successes/struggles this week: I've come to love cycling as my primary exercise for weightloss in recent months. Weather's great, haven't been to the gym and thinking of cancelling. Need to find an alternative exercise for when the weather isn't as great. I hate running and working out to dvds and online videos. Need to find another daily activity that I'll love doing without requiring too much will power and motivation. I love hiking but can only do that 2x/week.

    A lot of bikers ski cross country through the winter months, I love it. If you don't get the snow to ski on you might be able to keep riding if you invest in some clothes, it's not as hard to stay warm on a bike as it seems. I ride into Nov in nh when the snow and ice send me to skis.
    Thanks, I'll keep that in mind.

    Successes/struggles this week: Too much beer this weekend. This is what happens when you combine football and pumpkin Ale. Back on the wagon however. I need to drink more water and I will get more cardio time in this week.

    Struggles: Lots of stress (I don't stress-eat any more, but I can tell my body hangs onto the weight when I am stressed... blasted cortisol!)
    On the 'Successes' side: I've been mindful about managing my stress - walking, knitting, hanging out with my goofball dog - and, as a result, I got the 'whoosh' I've been waiting for! (Which means Onederland for me!!!)
