Successes/struggles this week: I am struggling with keeping my speed up on my stationary bike this week. I have been to the gym more regularly, however. Weekends seem to blow my food intake with all the activities going on. We only have 4 more weeks before that won't be an issue. :-)0 -

Successes/struggles: Marching down...not fast enough though. It is so true that your metabolism is way slower as you age. Used to drop 4-5 lbs a week 10-15 years ago. Now it takes a whole month to lose the same amount. And I eat good and exercise heavy seven days a week.0 -

I've been under 110 lbs for 2 months and considered maintaining my weight under 110 lbs. It seems very hard maintaining and my weight slowly went over 112 lbs. With lower weight goal seems easier to achieve than maintaining. To add, I wasn't and is still not careful measuring my food0 -
