    Successes/struggles this week: My struggle was been stressed and wanting to eat. I didn't eat but the desire was very strong.

    I been walking a lot but noticed that on my days off my steps are under 10 k (Awareness).

    Successes/struggles this week: I am struggling with keeping my speed up on my stationary bike this week. I have been to the gym more regularly, however. Weekends seem to blow my food intake with all the activities going on. We only have 4 more weeks before that won't be an issue. :-)

    Successes/struggles: Marching down...not fast enough though. It is so true that your metabolism is way slower as you age. Used to drop 4-5 lbs a week 10-15 years ago. Now it takes a whole month to lose the same amount. And I eat good and exercise heavy seven days a week.

    Successes/struggles this week: Despite missing a few days of logging, I guess I did all right. I can only hope this dreaded week doesn't ruin it. I'm already craving sweets and salty things and Dr. Pepper.

    I had planned to go for a nice long walk today, but my knee is acting up. I'm feeling motivated, so I might walk through it and just take my time.

    I've been under 110 lbs for 2 months and considered maintaining my weight under 110 lbs. It seems very hard maintaining and my weight slowly went over 112 lbs. With lower weight goal seems easier to achieve than maintaining. To add, I wasn't and is still not careful measuring my food
