I'll try it! I've got 11 weeks to get ready for ski season, I want to lose weight, and build strength and conditioning. I'm rehabing a shoulder injury that led to a pretty inactive summer, but bit by bit I've got time to get where I want to be.

Aaaaaaah I have lost count of the number of times I hv made schedules......n not followed them.And this de-motivates me the most.but I m hopeful this time.coz here I m not alone.so many of u r going through the same battle as I m.we need motivation , even more than weight loss!!!!!

Successes/struggles this week:I just recovered from breast Cancer. Lost 30 lbs the hard way. Now I gained 15 lbs back ugh. I just have to get the weight back off because I don't feel good about myself. I feel I'm not treasuring my second Chance. I pray this challenge will help. Tomorrow's weigh in will give me. A starting point.
