    I like the Panera dressings you can buy in the refrigerated section. Very low cal for 2 tbsp and I think they taste great. My favorites are the poppyseed and the Asian sesame.

    I prefer to make my own, twice the oil to the vinegar. I use flax oil, lemon juice, smoked paprika, garlic, and salt. I think.
