lol, no that was fitbits total for the day I guess? saying I burned 2800 all day (including just living) I didn't eat the extra calories though . thanks everyone, it was a bit misleading at the time, im happy to stick to about 1400 cals anyway x
Your Fitbit burn is TDEE—you can eat much more than 1,400 calories and still lose weight.
I ate back my Fitbit burns for two years, lost the weight, and kept it off. The only way to gauge the accuracy is to trust your Fitbit for several weeks, then reevaluate your progress.0 -
I ate 1900 calories on Sunday, thanks to a super long walk. I did not mind0
