Steel cut oats for breakfast.
I put mine in the slow cooker before going to bed. Cook on low for six hours (my slow cooker goes to the warm setting after the six hours are done). Mix in a little bit of sweetener and any fruit you want. It is really filling.0 -
I don't know about high fiber foods but I drink a protein shake if I'm hungry and it keeps me full for several hours. It contains 30g of protein, 2g sugar, 5g carbs, 160 calories and a few grams of fiber.0
