I want to gain muscle as much as possible. Do I eat as much carbs as possible???

Eating at a 500 calorie per day surplus and getting .8 g of protein per lb of lean body mass or more are most of it. Beyond that, more calories and more protein don't have much proof of.helping a natural lifter.
Carbs matter to the extent that you have enough to fuel activity and glycogen stores.0 -
Well you have to get your nutrition on point...
- 0.6-0.8g of protein per lb of body mass
- 0.4-0.45g of fat per lb of body mass
- fill rest of calories with carbs
- 250/500 calorie surplus
