Couldn't log in for while, I am still killing it doe. Increased 25 more on squats and buffed up 3 more pounds, Did legs and core today. #killingit #winnin0

Sorry for not updating this but Yea I am still hitting it everyday, Just completed my deload week yesterday and now gonna hit it harder than ever for last month of my bulking. Made enough gains for two months using this training method, Does wonders for strength0

Packed on 30 more pounds now at 240 and increased
Bench - 225 - New bench Pr - 315
DL - 315 - New deadlift PR - 395
squat - 395 - New squat PR - 4450
